Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 5 July 2026
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Early Years Circle website, toolkits, AI Coach and related services (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. Who we are
Early Years Circle is a UK-focused subscription service providing tools, checklists, templates and coaching content for nursery, daycare and early years managers. This is professional guidance, not legal, medical or regulatory advice.
2. Accounts
You must be at least 18 to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
3. Subscriptions, trials and billing
Paid plans are billed in GBP on a recurring monthly basis via our payment provider. Where a free trial is offered, you will be charged automatically at the end of the trial unless you cancel beforehand. VAT is added where applicable.
4. Cancellation and refunds
You may cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future renewals; you retain access until the end of your current billing period. We do not offer pro-rata refunds for partial months, except where required by consumer law.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including: sharing your account with people outside your own setting (except under a Group plan within the seat limit), reselling the content, scraping, or using the Service to breach any law or safeguarding duty.
6. Content and intellectual property
All templates, toolkits, articles and AI-generated content provided through the Service are licensed to you for internal use within your own early years setting. You may not redistribute, republish or resell them.
7. AI Coach
The AI Coach provides general guidance for professional reflection. It is not a substitute for regulatory advice, safeguarding decisions, or specialist SEND input. Do not enter personal data about children, families or staff into the AI Coach.
8. Availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend or discontinue parts of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.
9. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from your use of the Service is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including regulatory outcomes.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect.
